Some examples of paintings produced on request from the sitters themselves, their families, friends or colleagues. All but one are portraits. The exception is a landscape showing a scene near the childhood home of the client.  

I prefer to work from my own original photographs. In most cases, I need to arrange a photo-session and time to get to know the sitter. Where this is not possible, I can consider working from photographs, video and background information supplied to me.
